Halton IPAC Hub

Infection Prevention & Control Support for all Congregate Living Settings in Halton Region

"The Hub's quick responses whenever we have a question has, and continues to be, one of our most valuable decision-support resources during these times of uncertainty"

About Us

IPAC Hubs across Ontario work to enhance IPAC practices in community based, congregate living settings. These settings include long-term care homes, retirement homes, residential settings funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH), residential settings for adults and children funded by Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), shelters, and supportive housing. Through the province-wide network, congregate living settings are able to access IPAC expertise, collaborative assistance and just-in-time advice, guidance and direct support on IPAC practices for both prevention and response.
